Parnassos Ski Center

The popular ski resort is located at Parnassos, one of the largest mountains in the country, since 1976 and every year thousands of skiers, climbers and snow lovers visit it to experience unique moments of joy and happiness. 

It is the largest ski resort in the country, which, after upgrading its facilities in recent years through the co-funded NSRF program “Modernization and Upgrading of Parnassos Ski Lifts”, is the most sophisticated and technologically modern, equivalent to the ski resorts abroad. 

It is officially open from December to April and that can be expanded according to snowfall.

At an altitude of 1,640-2,260 meters, at the locations of Kellaria and Fterolaka, the Parnassos Ski Resort has 23 ski slopes, 7 ski runs and 7 trails, totaling approximately 34 kilometers. The slopes are from 50m downhill up to 4km and are aimed at beginners, middlemen and good skiers.

It also has 17 lifts, including 13 main modern ones and 4 baby lifts for beginners.

Its facilities allow it to accommodate a large number of skiers and visitors, which in combination with the high quality services it provides, make it the first choice in the preferences of visitors.

• Ski & Snowboard Service Store (at “Cellar 1950”)

You may have access to Parnassos Ski Resort is by car via Tithorea, Amfiklia, Polydroso and Arachova as well as by bus via the Amfissa Bus Station and by train through the Amfiklia and Lilaia Stations.

Within walking distance of the Parnassos Ski Center you can visit archaeological sites and monuments such as the Delphi archaeological site or browse nearby villages with a variety of accommodation and dining areas, such as Arachova, a popular tourist destination for many visitors. The road that connects Arachova to the Center, 30 km long, has recently been refurbished with a non-slip carpet and yellow stripes, which is constantly snow-covered.
